The company has been involved in Twin Cities real estate for over 30 years and had previously been one of the state's largest singe-family home builders. Together with it's affiliate Stonebridge, ChaseRE has become a significant multi-family developer and investor with over 2,000 apartment homes completed and currently in construction. The team has produced various award-winning projects and has been a part of City master plans and redevelopment work in Saint Paul, Eagan, Apple Valley and Burnsville.

ANDREW CHASE
Andy has been a Real Estate Broker/Builder/Developer in the Minnesota housing market specializing in acquisition, development, construction, and management of both single family and multifamily projects for over 30 years. He has identified home buying trends, secured buildable land and designed and developed residential housing projects. As a real estate investor, he has experience in all levels of development, including feasibility, due diligence, analysis, acquisitions, financing, and general contracting. Andy built over 2,500 homes with his company Chase Homes before focusing on multi-family development in 2002 when he founded Stonebridge; a sister company that now has over 70 employees and builds and manages hundreds of new apartment units each year. Andy oversees a portfolio of 2,000 apartment homes, various commercial properties and ongoing land developments.

JOE MCELWAIN
Joe oversees ChaseRE’s new development projects and ongoing opportunities. He has been designing and building multi-family housing projects in the Twin Cities since 2008 and continues to be hands-on in site planning, engineering, building design and construction. Joe manages projects from beginning to end and through the details of ground-up new development: starting with site evaluation, acquisition, entitlements, design and engineering, construction and marketing. He is a licensed Minnesota Architect.
STONEBRIDGE CONSTRUCTION
Stonebridge Construction was formed in 2002 to be the general contractor for Chase Real Estate and as a 3rd Party Builder of Multi Family Housing in the Twin Cities. In total, Stonebridge has completed and has under construction over 6,000 units of apartments and senior assisted living facilities with contracted work amounts in excess of $800 million. Clients enjoy a measure of confidence both in construction quality and economy by way of the team's involvement early into a project's planning and design stage. The company has achieved and maintained an excellent reputation with architects, engineers, lenders and City officials throughout the Twin Cities.
Additionally, Stonebridge Communities manages the ongoing residential portfolio of ChaseRE properties.
